My experience at Wealthy Affiliate - week 16 of 52 part 2
First of all, let me put you out of your misery. Where I normally voice my runt and dissatisfaction with what I have achieved in the week, this week for a change I am not too bad. Yes, I have only published one post - and as dangerous as it may sound, I shall hopefully publish my second post tonight - but I feel I have accomplished much more in terms of ideas and research gathering. And the new technique I have started adopting is to pencil them in on the Rapid Writer as well as on my phone Notes app.
In other words, my mental and writing block has lifted!!
We all have at least two jobs
Have you ever seen it this way? No matter whether you are a stay at home parent, or work full or part time for an employer, or you are a student, by default what you get up to every day is your job, or one of many. When you take up WA University challenges, with its tutorials, lessons, and the commitment to work on your websites regularly and at a certain pace, you take up another full or part time job.
Now, some of us, like me for instance, have issues with our energy levels. Others may have family commitments, or their main job responsibilities that get in the way of working more and harder at setting up their online business.
Nevertheless, the reality of this is that, no matter how you see it, you are setting up a business after all, and you try and do it in your spare time - at times putting more hard work into this till the late hours of the night or the early hours of the following morning.
So, we should all pat ourselves on the shoulder, for being so committed, and for working so hard at it!!!
What's in the bag for next week
As the usual, more posting and more research. I only managed one Bootcamp lesson this week, but completed all the tasks, which I was really pleased with. If this coming week I could move with a couple of more lessons, I'd be happy.
I need to crack on this week, as I know the following week I am going to have a busy week and weekend working for our electoral services with forthcoming local and general elections - nothing to do with the actual political parties, as 'me iz apolitical'. But, talking of my energy levels, I know that not only I will dedicate Thursday to the following Tuesday to it, but it will make me absolutely shattered.
But that moan will be for another day!!!
As ever, I wish you all a serene and productive week. When happy within yourself, if you are anything like me, you will be more contented hence more creative with your online work. So, push those stressful thoughts aside for a moment, concentrate on why you are here and why you are doing this, and type away!!!!

Spot on with this "whole new effort we are taking on" thing.
- This IS a job and, we are all juggling plenty of those already. But.... I keep on keeping on, and it will be worth it, even if I just get to say - I Did That! YEAH !!!

One step at a time. I started in March of this year, 2017. I'm on the first course of day three. Keywords is what's holding me back. Talk about a mental block of almost understanding to barely not understanding. And the Alphabet Soup is another story! But there will be an real "ahh" moment. I know it.
I have the "theme headings," and information to relate to the "themes," but that's about it. It so happens that the keyword search likes one out of the five. Thanks to an approval type comment from the community. So, I checked it out within the keyword option and it helped me to understand a bit better. I can say I'm further ahead than what I was a couple hours ago. But not quite yet at "ahh."
Anyhow, I'm not going to go on about it, lol, as you call it ranting, which it very well is. I just have to keep on, keeping on, lol! So, I can certainly relate. It's nice to know I'm not alone.
The meaning of simple has many layers. What's easy for one, may not be so easy for the other!
The community is very helpful and that's what I really appreciate!

Oh Becky, Becky, Becky!!! Rest to say that I have been here since March 2016, and talking of keywords, it has got better, but I am also still waiting for the 'eureka' moment.
But for one thing, I can promise that, provided you don't desist, it will get easier and better.
I have plenty of stumbling moments to mention, where my stumbles on a lesson lasted from a few hours to a few days. And then, the curtain suddenly lifted and sunshine came to warm up my brain.
And at times I still get stuck, as you could read above. But, it does get easier.
My main issue at present is time ... or lack thereof, if you will. But again, I expect I will eventually get over this hurdle too. As it's always been so far.

I think I've come to accept (just last week) that we'll have those mental and writing blocks...and it's OK. I think that instead of being too concerned when they appear, we should just embrace them and see what shift we can make. Perhaps our sites need to be cleaned up in some areas, or maybe we need to do more research, or maybe we need to be more engaged with social media.
There are just so many moving parts, that it's impossible to do everything at once. We can push ourselves to do more, but as you said, we need to take the time to pat ourselves for a job well done.
