I first joined FB when my son did a few years ago. At the time his school was advising to get involved with your child's online activities to ensure they did not fall pray to bullying or grooming. Because let's admit it, we would all be very naive if we did not believe the internet can be used for the most horrific of intents. But that is another story.
The point I am making is that I have never familiarised with FB as much and as well and easily as with Twitter. And I just stopped even trying to use it.
Then I joined WA last year, and still felt reluctant to see the benefits to this social media platform, as it still represented for me solely a vehicle for the spreading of gossip. I could not be more mistaken!!
I had to give in when I realised, a few months ago, the power of FB. It is through the wonderful training material available here that I finally understood that you can be in control of your FB account as much as of any other social media accounts, and like with any other platform, you can use FB to your full advantage - or you can misuse it and then find yourself in trouble.
It is thanks to FB that I have got my latest referrals. Because, and mostly, FB along with Twitter, is one of the few platforms that still allow 'naked' links - for the newer members amongst us, those direct links that will secure the commission from the sale is allocated to you, such as your unique referral links here at WA.
