I am not sure what that is. But as far as the sidebar is concerned, after you added it there, did you click update or save page or whatever, to make sure it has actually been added? I'm sure you did, but that is the only thing I can think of.

p.s. Go to your sSocial Sharing (this is the editing page) under Super Socializer inside the Dashboard. Make sure you tick all the necessary boxes.

To track your links, you need to set up link tracking. There is a video about it here somewhere. I have to find the link to it.

I have this problem fairly often exactly as apache1 states. The problem is at the server end.
It looks like we can all agree that it is/was a server issue. Maybe there were too many of us trying search for those little gold nuggets aka keywords. :)
I am having problems with Jaaxy today all day in fact. Is just keeps searching then states it is optimizing and goes back to searching with no results given.
I have tried phrases, single words, words I already have as part of my keyword list. Still nothing happens I noticed members below have been having problems recently. Is any one able to come up with fixing the problems please.?
Whenever you are having such a problem,just open support ticket and you will get help after a short while.
I also noted the WA keyword tool was running slow and eventually stopped working altogether yesterday. Fingers crossed for today!.....Leigh
The WA Keyword Tool is working better today. I was just using it 30 minutes ago with no problems.

I finally have gotten my domain name transferred to the WA server, however, they forwarding service could only select the ns1 server. Is that going to cause me any problems? Can
This may or may not apply to you, but I had a registrar get hung up transferring a domain to me so I could move it (according to them it was ICCAN that caused the problem), so after a week or so spending hours on support I just let it SIT and bought a new one with a similar name.
Thanks oldbuddy. I finally got Tech Support involved and it appears that the folks who have my domain don't know how to redirect them. I gave them the instructions Tech Support gave me so now it's wait and see.
I ended up misspelling a word... so I paid for another domain account with the correct speliing... ooops
Tech Support figured out where the problem is and I've forwarded the info to my current host service. Don't know why my host service was so far off base with what they were doing. It appears they had no clue as to how to redirect domains. I still think I have a few days before this gets sorted out.

I have transferred my existing site over without an issue. This is what I did.
1. WA support team transferred my files from my old hosting account.
2. Went to my domain name registrar and changed the DNS as follows:-
Primary: ns1.mywahosting.com
Secondary: ns2.mywahosting.com
3. Waited less than 24 hours and my site is live and working fine.
Probably you like to go back to your domain name registrar and double check the DNS whether it is pointing to the correct one. You can check it out yourself without having to go through the hosting company.

I have registered hundreds of domains and never had one take more than 48 hours to propagate. I would walk through the process and make sure you didn't make a mistake, then contact your registrar.
I think I'm having a problem because the company that is hosting my domain purchased it from a domain service like namecheap.com or godaddy.com. Am wondering if they have to transfer it back to where they purchased it so it can be redirected to WA. I've submitted a ticket to WA tech support, but have yet to hear anything.
Got an email from the hosting service in the Philippines and this is what they said:
We are sorry to hear about this error. Upon checking, when we tried the links you sent us, they are not working, so when we forwarded them to your domain name, its giving an error message..
Primary: ns1.mywahosting.com
Secondary: ns2.mywahosting.com
I did a copy and past of the address from the lesson so unless that info was wrong, I can't see how this isn't working. I submitted and "support ticket", but am not sure that is the right place to ask for help. Will have to see what happens.
Anyone here have any suggestions?
Ginger, If I understand correctly, you already have a domain that is hosted, but not by WA. First, I would go to that company's support section and contact them - I prefer live chat. Hopefully, you will get help there. I found that submitting a WA support ticket was very helpful for my issues. As a last resort, you could start new with another domain that you purchase. Cindy

If it hasn't fully transferred to WA in 48 I would start looking for a "why" .... the internet is pretty fast and your hosting service should "release" your domain to WA servers. Let us know how its going ....

I think what's missing is a basic understanding of DNS. There are two components, the registrar and the hosting account, no matter who or where they are. Your hosting account supplies two DNS servers with addresses like ns1.serverlocation.com and ns2.serverlocation.com. Once you know what these are, you go back to your registrars control panel and enter them there. It takes from an hour to a couple of days to propagate through the Internet. Then when someone enters your domain name into their browser, your registrar looks up the DNS server uou entered for that domain and forwards the request on to your hosting server so it can render the pages.
As long as you have ns1 entered and nothing bgoes wrong, it should still work. The second ns2 is just a backup.
Thanks, that was the answer I was hoping for. Site still hasn't propagated. It's been about 48 hours. How long should I wait until I venture on to the next step, whatever that might be?

I created a new page via "add page" for my Wealthy Affiliate Review. I indicated that it should be nested under a parent but it shows up as another tab in my menu. What did I do

You Can Also Go Yo Your Dashboard And Select All Pages Then You Can Choose Your parent.
Thanks for your help. I assumed the page was going to go where I had it set up to go when I added to the menu. Went back again and discovered it didn't do that. Have since moved the page. I just assumed that when you nest a page and then add it to the menu it would go to where it should. Live and learn.
Did you go into the menu area in Wordpress? this is where you will add the page to your menu and OFFSET that page underneath the tab you want it to go under. Hope this helps
The menu page is weird. It shows up correctly in the box on the left side, but when you add the new page to the menu it drops in as a new tab. I finally figured it out and dragged the page to it's parent. Thanks for your help.
