Hi guys,

I'm just trying to put a tutorial up and it is loading very slowly and is locked up at the moment. How do I get in touch with tech support to ask if there is a problem? I'm kind of stuck. Should I delete what I've done and wait until it's fixed?

Hi Abie,

I tried all those things and eventually went back to the first page which seemed to unlock it but I lost what I had done. Then I finished the tutorial with only text and no pictures. Once I published it I added a picture at the beginning with no problem.

I had thought it might be my end but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Can we contact someone directly for a problem on the WA website? I would have preferred that as it would be good to see what it was from their end or at least let the technical guys know.
