As some of you may recall, I have been struggling with the issue of my site rank for a few weeks now already, and a number of you guys have offered tips and advice. Especially DrSusie who spent a LOT of time to help me out.

However, I have now found out that my site is not even indexed yet !! I just did a Google search regarding the index status of my site, and received a report back stating it was not indexed by any of the 3 big search engines.

The message reads :

* "It appears your website is not indexed by any of the three major search engines""

* Domain : www.howtoearnanonlineincome.com

* Title : 301 Moved permanently

Have I missed something along the way, or have I done something wrong ? Surely it would be pointless worrying about page rank if my site is not even indexed yet, Right ?

Anyone out there who can possibly tell me what to do next ? I need help and I need it fast..... I cannot afford to waste any more time on this through my own ignorance or stupidity.

Much appreciated.

Hello! Go to All-In-One and then look for General. Scroll almost near the end. Paste your code and SAVE.

Hi and thank you! I add the code to "Additional blog page headers". Does it take a while before google recognizes the code? I clicked verify my site and still nothing.

Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in responding.
I assume you are referring to "site verification", right ?
I will be totally honest with you and say that I am not an expert on site verification and indexing.
However, I strongly suggest you compose a formal question and post it to the community, where there are many more knowledgeable people who can give you the right advice straight away.
I dont know if you have already created your accounts with Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics, because they will probably ask you that question.
I appologise for my ignorance, but I feel you need the correct advice and guidance right from the start, understand ?
Hope you come right.
Regards

I followed the tips given to me and checked on my WP where it says that the site is indexed.
Other people report that even after some 18 months, they still get the message "not indexed" when in fact it had been indexed a long time ago.
It's just one of those mysterious glitches which I fail to understand but hey, if it was indexed, then I'm ok with that.
Thanks for your response.

Thanks for the update. I will take a look at WP -- I take it you mean it is in the dashboard of WP --- right?

Correction.... Just log in on WA dashboard and hit Site Rubix then select Manager. This will give you a page with all your sites.
On the far right it says "Last Updated" and "Google Index ; Yes"
Try it and see what you get.

Theuns, I'm thinking your site must be indexed because when I did a google search for your URL with quotes, your site and all the pages came up
