When I go to my CJ.com affiliate links, there are HTML, JavaScript and Click URL links.
I also have a choice of:
Encrypt link?
Hide tracking code in link?
Set link to open a new browser window?
May I know which one to choose?

you can choose any of them...I love CJ.com (apart from it being hellishly slow to load)
HTML - fix in your widgets or text editor
Javascript I leave alone as I use Optimizepress and they don't play nicely
Click URL is just that - a link to a URL that you want your reader to go to
open in new browser means if they click the link they dont leave your website...the link opens in another window or tab
hide tracking link in code means they cant see your specified tracking data

I have not used cj.com, but I believe you will have different links for different products because this is how it works in clickbank and jvzoo
