Again, I am sending this concern.. I have upgraded to yearly subscription on Nov 26th, but until now I am still considered monthly??? Where did my yearly upgraded payment go?
I have contacted Kyle, the team, live chat, and community??
Where else can I get in touch to be heard???

You should be able to find which subscription you're under by clicking on your profile image at the top left menu, and from there you'll be able to select account settings. You'll find the details of your subscription information there.

Hope that helps...if not, try contacting Kyle or Carson again, but it may take them a bit of time to get back to you. They've always replied at some point when I've asked them in a PM....
