When I click login the WA website automatically opens page with my photo which makes me think I am logged in. WA website does not however recognize my Premium membership.
Please advise what I need to do to correct this ?

Thank you Bob. But the Premium is just grayed and you can not click on it. Even if it was a basic membership it would still have the grayed premium membership plaque on it.
I understand that on the left hand side where Training, Tools, Affiliate Program is, if you have "Premium"
there will be other options there which do not show up on the page.
Is there a telephone number to call anyone in the administration?
If there is something wrong with billing or if you want to cancel, who do you write to or talk to?

The easiest way to check your status is to use the menu option "Certification Courses" and see if you can select Level 2. If you can, you're Prem.

How long have I been doing this? In the words of Bill Clinton "It all depends on what you mean by 'this'". Computing? Since 1981. Marketing? Since forever. Internet? Since it was invented. WA? About a month.
I joined WA a year ago but got annoyed at the Prem upsell so I threw my toys out of the pram and went walkabout. Spent upwards of $10k trying to crack traffic. Came back here and discovered that I'd been a total idiot and had walked away from the gold mine.
Do I make money at it? Yes, but not from my WA niche, yet, because I'm up to my ears unraveling the chaos of last few years and making it work like it should have done (and would have done if I'd not wandered off).

I am wondering about the WA Affiliate program. There must be a couple of thousand people out there all promoting W A. Don't you think that makes it difficult with everyone pitching the same thing, i.e. sign up for WA to be a premium member to attract new members?
