You can, yes :-)

The best and most seamless process is to change the Nameservers first at the current Registrar to point to the WA servers. Setup/Migrate your website on the WA platform and then after at least 3 days have passed by, you can click on Transfer to complete the process (if you want to pay WA your domains annual fee or you can continue paying your current registrar).

Thank you Chrystopher

I brought a domain through clickfunnels. Clickfunnels does not allow me to change the nameservers.
They also only work with one company(paid only), an intermediary to transfer the domain to another registrar. First the domain goes to the intermediary and THEN it goes to the new registrar.

That seems a very complicated process and is not the norm in the domain registry world. I have never used ClickFunnels domain names, but after a Transfer will require a years renewal adding to the domain name and will be locked for 60 days to the new registrar, so having an intermediary does not sound right :-s
