Howdy Abie!
Great question? I am inquisitive, too; with my depression, my sleep greatly suffers, plus the work I have to do on the ranch, I am tired. What advice do you have for me? This question is not just directed at Abie but to the whole community.
Thank you.

Most of my week I'm up at 5 am to be at work by 6 am to get home at 5pm.to go to bed at midnight usually.but by saturday night .I'm sleeping in . Rest hmmm after I got ran over by a car twice by the same car. Rest is something that will never happend again. I dont sleep in a typical bed I sleep on the recliner.because laying flat I cant do. You all can put your arms above your head with lil to some effort. I can't. I dislocated both my arms in the accident from the car that ran me over.twice. but that's another story of my life. And now you all know alil more about me.... Sorry I went over board here Abie. I'll pay more attention next time.
