I received an email from a person named Harry Williams harrywiliams.wem02@gmail.com. He commented on my about me post and says he think that it is brilliant and has forwarded it to some of his contacts who he thinks could benefit from my services. He says when he looked at my site, he noticed some mistakes in my SEO which may be leading to a decline in my organic SEO results. He asked would I like him to fix it so I could get maximum exposure on Google, Bing, Yahoo and web traffic to my website. He asked for my mobile number and a good time to talk. it sounds like a scam to me. I haven't responded to him until I get advice.

He just wants your business. He wants to make money. It is a scam. You will receive many emails like that but WA teaches you all that you need to know about SEO and you do not need to hire anyone.

It's a scam, you won't even be getting any SEO results at this early stage, so there is no way he could say they were declining!
He would no doubt offer his service for a hefty fee and require access to your website.
Don't respond, just trash it, unfortunately you will get many of these types of offers.
