Hello everybody. My dad has recently developed both alziemers and dementia, i hope ive spelt those correctly. You can tell each day that passes , the disease is constantly shifting gears on him.Although this can be heartbreaking for anybody to go through, i am thinking of developing a website focusing on looking after your brain. Maybe brain training ideas, how to prevent it happpening in the first place, appartently eating the right foods can even stop it. I have no idea about it, or do the experts, but id like to learn about it. I know any of these niches you must tread carefully. It can either go well, or backfire drastically. I just want to help people be aware of what you can do to prevent it . I think i really need your help and feedback on this one. Thankyou for any ideas you may have,

That would certainly be a topic that you are passionate about. I might start out by explaining why it is so important topic for you and how you see your family struggle with the affects and that you want to try to make others in the same situation have a little easier time of it. That's my suggestion.

Have a blessed weekend

Doug, it would certainly be a niche that is personal to you because of your father--there is much good advice given to you below. It would certainly be a labor of love on your part, and that is the reason why it would be successful!

Thanks Jeoff. I realise the market is saturated, but the potential to monetize is endless I like the new affiliate program feature. It has lots of ideas to help us. as well. Weight is a big association of alziemers disease. If the site does well, i thought i could concentrate on other areas of the body, but for now, i will keep the learning curve to the brain

Hi Doug, my mum has dementia and my grandmother had Alzheimers. I think a website to promote brain health would be great. You could also follow the research being done around the world. Australia has made some great leaps forward recently.

Go for it

Actually, its funny you mention that. The doctor gave us a book about how to behave and act towards someone with this disease.. Thats good advice. I never even thought about this approach. Cheers

It's always difficult when you enter a health Niche. Google has made algorithm changes that will help those that show they are true professionals in this field. I would undertake plenty of research before publishing your site. It's a noble cause to get into, and one that would give you immense satisfaction if done correctly. All the best. Jim
