If I am working with a new theme that gives me lots of sample page types that look great I switch them from "Publish" to draft as a way of keeping them for later use.

After all if the theme developer has made a page or post format that looks great, why not keep it instead of having to re-invent it later.

I'd be happy to, it's very easy :) Go into your dashboard and click on 'pages.' When you get to your list of pages, there should be something called "sample page" or similar to that. All you have to do is hit the 'trash' button for that page and they will be gone. Do the same exact thing in the 'posts' category, and double check the comments as well. Some themes have a default comment put in, so make sure to get rid of that also.

Hi Again, I went to delete the sample page but it had already been deleted, I guess had already done that in one of the previous lessons. However I persevered and because the theme I have chosen enables you to customise, I was able to go into the Dash- Board on Word Press, go into General Settings and delete it from there!! Thanks Again For All Your Help!! X:-).

Oh I never knew that some themes allow that. That's a good thing to know :)
