I can't log in to my account on my laptop because the error message says I'm not a premium member. I can log in on my phone which is how I am contacting you. Please fix this problem. When I log in it says success but will not let me log in.

The obvious questions is - have you tried to log out then back in again?

Is there anyone or anywhere you can go to use another PC/Laptop - a local library or internet cafe for example?

No but I have Site support working on it now. I have logged in and out multiple times but that doesn't seem to be working. Tried that before I even contacted anyone.

Thats good you have been able to contact someone.
It is a bit strange that you are logged in sending me these messages but cannot use your laptop to do so.

When this happens to me with my Desktop I just switch off and head uptown to an Internet Cafe.

9 times out of 10 when I come back everything is ok again.

Hope you get sorted out soon.
Right now though i'm going to sign off as its getting late.
