Hi everyone,

I am in the early stages of building my website and have a few articles published. I like the overall look of my site, but the font is very tiny and looks smaller than most websites I see online.

So, is it easy to change the theme to one with a larger general text (and not risk losing my articles)? Or is there a way to increase the size of the fonts in my articles?

Thanks for your thoughts.

There is a good plugin I use called Use Any Font which is a free plugin on one I have used for years.

Once installed and activated you have heaps of fonts you can change your articles to along with the size of the fonts too.

Others have already given you ways to change the theme but this plugin should fix your main issue which is font size.

Wishing you well and have a great week ahead.

Thanks for this suggestion Andre. I'm going to give it a try. Sounds like a great way to fix font sizes.

Much appreciated. Have a great week too!

You already have some good answers, but as Jeff mentioned, you might find a way to change the font on your current theme.

Is there not a way to enlarge the font in your current theme? Just curious.

I don't see any option for that or I would increase the size. I'm using the templates here to work from with writing and the size looks good until I publish - that's when it appears super small. The layout is fine with my theme but the text appears really tiny in comparison to other websites I see on a regular basis. Not sure but am thinking it must be the theme. Thanks :-)

Very simple, you go into appearance>themes>add new, choose one, install it and activate. You can change themes as often as you like.

Hi

Appearance > Themes and add new.

Your content won't be affected however you may lose out on some CSS or social media icons. A bit of tweaking and you are done.
