Have you created a site yet in the site builder?

If you have a theme installed and activated then the blog will post as you create and publish content in site content writer.

If not, you need to select a theme for your site and select install, and then activate the theme once installed.

Once the theme is activated your content is published on the site automatically every time you click publish.

Hope this helps.

The blog is the content you create and publish on your site. The comments section is for people to comment on the post you created on that page or post.

Any content that you create can be found in Posts or Pages on the left in your site's dashboard.

After you publish in site content writer, click the Websites tab in the bar and site manager and sign in to your WordPress dashboard. The on the left you will find posts, pages, themes, etc...

Click posts and you will see your latest post that you published using site content writer.

By default, there is a theme installed, but you can select a theme in the WordPress dashboard of your website. On the left when signed in click themes, and a page will show with themes.

From there you can search all sorts of available themes.

Hi Frank ... 3 steps -
In WP dashboard

1. set up a new blank Page and publish it:
Go to Pages / New Page ... give the empty page a title (perhaps Blog ?) -
SAVE and back to Dashboard

2. go to Appearance / Menus:
Under Add Menu Items, find the new Blog page, selsect it and click Add To Menu. Then move the label that appears in the centre of the page ... perhaps 1 down from the top of the menu labels so that it appears in second place on your site...
SAVE and back to Dashboard

3. Then go to Settings / Reading ... you will see that A Static Page is already selected -
Your Homepage should already be set as About Me ... if not fix that click select About Me from the deopdown -
then click Posts Page and select Blog from the dropdown.
SAVE and you're done!

Check out your site. Remember that you wont see any posts under the Blog heading until you create one or more ....

OK?
:-)

That's great then.

As long as they're able to work with their website setting it up, that's the ultimate goal.

Hi Lara
You’ll find standard Cookie Disclosure words in the Privacy Policy when you get to it in the training. Please follow the training.

You’ll also need a Cookie Consent form on your site because European visitors have to be given an option to accept or reject cookies. I use a plugin called GDPR Cookie Consent for this.

Hi

Can you please be more specific? Thank you.

Essentially you are writing more informational posts addressing issues in relation to your niche so that you do not sound so salesy to Google and if there’s a solution, a detailed analysis review post for your visitors to let them make an informed decision whether to go click your links and go purchase the focused item you proposed to solve their issue.

ONE niche, a website. Products and programs can be varied however all must be relevant to the niche.

You can have posts, pages, categories a primary menu to house specific pages, posts or categories.

Then assign your posts to their respective categories, whereby those categories are added to your primary menu, so when visitors click on a specific category, they can see all posts related.

Tutorial Hope this helps however if you give us more clues we can help you further.

You may use Site Content, accessed via Websites tab top menu.

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/content

Click create new, you would use Jaaxy tool to find a searchable targeted keyword for your post and in relation to your niche.

Look for searches (avg.) above 30 and competition (qsr. ) lower than 100, the lower the qsr the better. Starter sites SEO greater than 95.

https://my.jaaxy.com/search/keywords

For your choice of keywords, always do an incognito search on Google before settling on a keyword, to see who appears in the top 3 positions.

Or you may do in Jaaxy tool search analysis

Tutorials

. https://my.jaaxy.com/training Your found target keywords go in the title of your post and again in first or second paragraph then write freely. Some include them towards a conclusion if it conveys a message. I'd also make sure they are grammatically correct.

And that's all covered in the Online Entrepreneur Certification Coursework. (OEC), ticking checklists bottom of lessons, tasks and activities asked of you to complete in order to set up properly and guide you through the process.

Hi Lara
Please explain what you are trying to achieve with a template ... and which theme you are using.
Please understand that no one can tell you what to do they can just advise based on what you want to achieve and you will need to decide.

I've looked at the site and code and can't find the theme names. What you could do is do a Google search for "WordPress Gaming Themes" (without quotes) and see if there's an obvious theme that you like.

The good ones are expensive ranging from $50 to $75 a theme? What do you think?

I would give GeneratePress theme a try, even the premium edition is very versatile and cost effective.

GeneratePress (or so a theme) is extremely light, fast, well coded, SEO optimised, flexible, adaptable and customisable

Or you may try

Kadence WP with Kadence blocks

They would save you money.

IMO

Hi Lara
I agree with Abi. You’ve not put anything in your profile yet so we have no idea what experience you have.

If this is all new to you, there’s a learning curve to go through so you’re best off starting simply with a free theme, which you can change later if you want to.

Ther’s no point in spending money on a theme at the start.
