Hi, Jennifer. It can happen cause of many things, but first you may check the link and the menus. If you uses many plugins, you should check it out one by one with activate and de-activate it. As T say bellow, it's depending on what you're trying to see it on.
Hope this can help you.

JenniferRiff, In the upper right corner of your browser, ie Firefox, Maxthon etc., You will see three lines, this is the menu. Click on it and a drop window has in it a clear data or history or both. Click the clear data. Another window should pop up and in it you should see empty cache. Make sure this is checked and in my case it is a "clear now" button that you click. In Mozilla Firefox it is click those three lines in the upper right corner click History and then Clear Recent History a pop up window appears. In it find cache and make sure it is checked then click "clear now" button on bottom of pop up window. Any of the the other will be similar for most univeral language for all electronics is the same. IE, I mean like the three lines.
Hope this helps you ma'am! Keep moving forward!

I meant any of the other browsers should be similar because the universal language for all electronics is the same. IE, three lines or the off and on button symbol, like the one on your computer there. Sorry for the spelling there.
