Hi,
I have already designed a logo I wish to use on Word.
I was not able to save it as a picture & I cannot seem to upload it to the website dashboard, select logo section.
Can anyone please offer some advice?

I don't know what kind of file extension your logo has now nor if you are using windows, but if you are using windows here is one what to convert your logo to jpg first.
Use Microsoft Paint as a simple file converter by opening an image (including WebP format), then saving it as a different file type. Go to File > Save as and open the Save as type drop-down menu. You can then select JPEG and PNG, as well as TIFF, GIF, HEIC, and multiple bitmap formats

Appearance > customize > site identity > upload logo and favicon.
If there's an issue uploading it to your media library, you may want to change the image and try again. If you use canva.com to design your logos you may want to save the file again.
Most probably it is am image issue.
