Has anyone created their own logo using 99designs.com? It looks pretty awesome and I have decided that is the one I want to use to brand my website and create a logo.

Any input or personal experiences with the company, would be very helpful and much appreciated!

Better to play around with a few ideas yourself..........unless you overcapitalise on your site - in the early stages.

Sometimes you can can up with ideas yourself - without the initial cost ............if you look outside the square. I have one I use on EVERYTHING except my website (at the moment). I got an idea from some "early man cave paintings and modified it.

Oh I understand now thanks Rodwell! I appreciate that helpful advice but unfortunately I am not an artist and have no graphic design experience and creating a logo and having a brand identity is paramount to me.

I was driving home from work one day and God gave me a visual in my head out of the blue of what the logo should look like. He gave me a visual very specific and detailed of something I could sketch up (even with my lack of artistic skill).

I have been involved with 99designs and I am ecstatic about it! I will show you guys the logo on my website once it is finalized if you would like to see!

Thanks for the input Bob, I am not rich by any stretch but I see the value in 99designs and the actual assurance of quality delivery I just would like clarification on before submitting a contest.

Sorry, too rich for my blood -- $300 to $1200 for just the logo design doesn't work for me. (Business card design and website branding add to that cost.)
