we've built website couple months ago. WA canceled our URL due to payment renewal. So now we've payed once more and it seems we're stil offline

Reach out to site support and ask them to restore the site from a backup..I think they only keep it for 30 days so it's probably been removed.

Did you follow the training and select a siterubix.com URL, install a theme and so on? If so it should be theurlyouchose.siterubix.com. Can you give me a little more information?
