when you are looking at a new theme look at the style of the theme rather than the sample images presented.
have you reviewed similar sites in your niches - how do they present their information...are they all hte same...
if they are your choice is simple ...go with hte flow....
if not then how do you want to present your planned information to your niche....
i hope you manage to find one

I would recommend generate press theme. It is quick, lightweight, can be customized for any niche, and is very user friendly. The free version also offers more customizations than many other free themes.

I have also heard good things about Astra and OceanWP.
