I have a recent referral Friend who sent me this screenshot.

Has anyone ever had this happen?

Is there a way to correct it?

What size is the computer screen - is it mobile device? Or maybe too many windows are open at one time and that can happen.

Perhaps ask your Friend which browser is being used and is it in full screen mode, or to try a different browser to see if that helps.~Jude

it's a browser or a laptop issue. It has nothing to do with WA website.
