I was trying to find my new domain I created here on the net, which #1 was not found (happypet.siterubix.com) and #2 found a very similar site that I was trying to make. After following everything, I am now very discouraged. Any help would be great. Thanks, Steve

Discouragement will come, but the strong push through. Reaching out is a great first step. I was a little unclear from your question exactly what was happening. I love to solve problems and turn them into opportunity, so let me know if you'd like some input.

Hi - you need to wait for Google to find your site first. This is called indexing and can take up to a couple of weeks. You will get an email when it happens.

Just keep plodding on and you will get there. If you published your website then it is definitely there. You must have misspelled something.

hte thought of 'there are not many original ideas left' just different ways of sayngi the same thing springs to mind...
so take a pause (paws) and think about what you were going to do - write it down - then compare and search online --you will always have cometitors...otherwise there's no money in the niche....
but it is having the confidence that others have made it, so do you want to...
or are you looknig at the money...
if so then choose something else as you will be blogging for a while before anything happens...
but always take a look at what your competitors are doing and see if there are gaps you can exploit, or the content is old, has any new studies or info come to light...
take it as a challenge rather than defeat before you start...
i wish you well on your online journey

Steve, I have a saying above my computer screen that reads "All things are difficult before they are easy" Keep pushing forward! If you are feeling overwhelmed, and nothing is working stop!! Get up and take a walk, get away from what your doing, go for a drive. You will find you'll come back, the solutions you fought so hard for, and hour ago, are now right there in front of you.
