1. One is Free , the other need to pay

2. One have SiteRubix.com, The other can be .com, .org, etc...
(No matter free or paid, I am the true owner of the domain name?)

3. If I build my website using the Free Domain and they mention that the domain name is available, does it means that in the months down the road when I am ready to register this domain name as.com instead of siterubix.com, this domain name can be used? The website I build under siterubix.com will be changed to .com after the paying for the domain?

Hope it is clear to understand.

1) Yes, the subdomain at siterubix.com is free. A top-level domain (.org, .com, etc.) has an annual registration fee associated with it.

2) No, the subdomain at siterubix.com is just that, a subdomain. As such it belongs to the owner of the top-level domain. If you register your own top-level domain, it's yours and you can take it where you like.

3) No, if the domain name you want is available, I suggest you grab it while you can. There's no guarantee that someone else won't register it between now and when you're ready to purchase it. Once you have the domain name with WA, you can move your site easily from the siterubix URL to the new domain.

So, means even if I am using the domain name in the siterubix.com, other people can still register it out in the public space?

Yes, when you lock in example.siterubix.com, you're locking down that URL but example.com, example.org, and so on are not reserved and can be registered by anyone.
