Do you mean logging in to your website?

Try site support. (at the bottom of the menu bar on the left hand side, you will see 'Help Center', click on that, then click on 'Site support')

Oh.. sorry. I forgot, site support is not available to starter members.
You did try to log in through your WA site manager? That's what I'd always do.
