This morning i tried to log in to my account through my laptop. I did reset my wifi, reboot my laptop but it says "We were unable to find a user account with the credentials provided". I log out last night on my laptop but on my phone was logged in so it's working fine. So i tried to log out and try to log in again using my phone and i can't log in anymore. I did try to go to my email using my phone to log in and send this concern. Has someone here had an issue like this? I'm barely starting here building my website and working.

Well you were able to ask a question, I presume you're logged in.

May be you entered the wrong credentials, or could possibly be loss of bandwidth on mobil device

You can contact support to resolve issue.

All l can say is get the site team to help you put things right, they are brilliant at resolving stuff like this. Also you did right by logging in through your emails, that's how l log on especially when using my smartphone. Good luck :-)

Thank you for the quick response. I went straight to my email and find emails from one of you guys and there i used the link to open my account.
