I am try to purchase a domain and it is telling me after I click complete payment and register domain it is asking that I create a support ticket to register the domain name? I do not know what this means or why it is popping up and i cannot seem find where to create this support ticket it is asking for. Has anyone else had this happen and know how to fix this issue? Please help.
