Hi - I like Trello - free version is all I currently use - but it's very simple and straightforward.

Hi Mark - I'm glad to find someone using Trello - How are you using it? How do you have it setup (Format-Templet)?

Thanks,

Hi - I use it on my own - so don't make use of assigning tasks etc.

I have a card for each project I'm working on - and behind each project, there is a standard to-do check list.

When I plan projects - they appear in my "planning" column - I add all of the tasks to each project - and when I begin working on the project, I move it to an "in-progress" column.

Finally moving the project to the completed column.

It's very basic usage - I could have a column for UAT etc too - but the 3 ones I use are perfectly fine for my purposes.

cheers, Mark

I use Google Draw to create similar "Task Cards" which I can drag-n-drop into "Project Boxes", jot notes on, change colours, create links to other actions, etc.

Google draw is free to anyone with a Gmail address, as is 2GB of cloud storage.

Hi Chris - We have both been WA Members for a couple of years & just now meeting. WA needs a better way for members to discover other, desirable members -

Since you are interested in “Marketing”, you should read the following book (if you haven’t):
The 1-Page Marketing Plan:
Get New Customers, Make More Money, And Stand out From The Crowd
by Allan Dib

Tell me what you think.

Watched the video. Seems okay. I use Evernote. It's free. I have two main files. One each for by sites. When I have a note, video, or blog I want to keep for later, maybe as research or perhaps a nugget for a post. I simply click on my Evernote icon. paste the info to the proper file and done. Pretty easy and free.

I have several more files where I have begun a post idea that I can return to later to polish into a full post. For what it's worth, Robert

HI Robert - Thanks for the reply - I also use Evernote extensively - Trello is free, also - I don’t like Spreadsheets, so I am thinking of using Trello like a ‘Visual-Spreadsheet’ - Since you are an author, Trello may be useful for you to organize your characters, chapters, etc. - Trello & Evernote work well together for organizational purposes - Do a YouTube search for “Trello” and see how other folks are using it.

Let me know what you think.
