Create a new user and add a new password to it but make sure you give the new user admin privileges here watch this it should point you in the right direction.

I agree with Tommo, I had the same problem and submitted a support ticket and they told me that the cause was a plugin, maybe they can help you to resolve your issue

A sub domain is an extended name of your main domain and a site that can stand by itself. You can have a sub domain if you want it to have a connection to your main domain. For a more complete explanation type in sub domain under the question box. I don't know how to get the link to it.

An easy way to do this would be to create a custom menu with your disclsure and any other pages you'd like to include in the footer (privacy policy, etc), then place a custom menu widget within the footer here is a tutorial:
