Holidays regardless of the rain
I am on day two of my mini break and made it to Sligo. Unfortunately it has rained all day. So you can imagine it really gets up my nose when I hear some of you complaining about the heat. Think I was a little short with someone yesterday for complaining, ooops.
Although I'm away I'm still keeping an eye on what you are all at, but it's great to get a break.
Everything is so different with the Covid restrictions, but at least places are open and trying to give everyone as normal an experience as possible. But there again, what is normal.
But still, I went to see Glencar waterfall and without the rain there wouldn't be much of a waterfall. Sorry but it's decided to put itself in sideways, but you'll get the idea if you twist your head!
So sunshine or rain, hail or snow, it's just lovely to get a couple of days away.

Geoff, the weather was great in Donegal and Sligo until you visited. Is that just a coincidence?

Umm that's an ominous response. Unless there is a Kilrea in Donegal you are referring to the one here. I am not from Kilrea but the town next to it. Well moved again over the mountain, but I'm intrigued. Spill.
No Londonderry, Antrim starts at Bann bridge in Kilrea. I'm in Limavady at the minute. So come on stop teasing me.

Well done!
