First steps of an excited newbie
Here I go....doing something I never thought I would be doing EVER. Writing a blog.
Just weeks ago I told a friend that I don't think I would ever write a blog....and building a website is just not for me. And here I am, building a website every day and being super excited about it and writing my first blog. Never say never.
Luckily I am a big believer of stepping out of my comfort zone.
I joined WA only two weeks ago by a kinda accident. I was looking for some online earning opportunities and started to follow a program (Funnel X ROI) but I was a bit turned off by the expensive up sells and spammy ways, so I started to read some reviews about it and there was one guy (too bad I don't remember who) who had a good review on Funnel X and a bunch of links to WA. I clicked on it :) and I ended up here.
I got instantly hooked by the training. Love the step by step videos and the tasks with the check boxes kept me awake and all I wanted to do is just proceed in the training ad soak up as much as I can as fast as it is possible.
My head was spinning from the info pouring in. Things I have never heard:
Wordpress
SEO
Plugins
Niche
Keyword research
QSR, AVG
Jaaxy
etc
Even though most of these sounded gibberish, my brain was soaking up all the info like a sponge and I didn't even want to go to sleep. I got soooo excited.
Now after 2 weeks I am an owner of a website (still a lot to add to it) that is looking better every day. I am getting familiar with a new lingo. I am talking to super supporting "strangers" and my growing knowledge is starting to allow me to hand some simple help to others too.
I got really excited when my site got indexed by google, then my content got indexed too. I know these are just the beginning steps but I believe I will have many more small and big steps that will lead me to success.
I hope I will be able to see a bit of monetary success in 3 months. I still do not have a clear picture how it's going to work but I am willing to and determined to follow all the steps of the training!

That's great news, Geni. You are doing very well for the short time you've been with WA. Keep your good work going and success will happen for you.
don't forget to learn and take advantage of the keyword here. Learn it and apply it gets you indexed if you write using stong keywords.

Glad to see you enjoying the WA ride. The new terminology was tough on me too. Their are some excellent glossaries in the various aspects of affiliate marketing in the help/search bar at the top of the screen. Good luck and much success to you in your WA journey.
