It wants me to add 2 tags. I don't know what or where they are.
Tags are also useful if you want to search through your own material. If you have 500 blogs and 200 pages on your website then a quick way to find what you are looking for is to run a search on a tag. Hope that helps. David
"Tags" are simply a way for a knowledgebase or website to enable visitors to perform "keyword" ediscovery (searches). So, when I type something in the search box above, the system automatically begins searching for WA blog posts or training containing those keywords (a.k.a "tags", in this instance)
They are also used on forums, wikis and in Social media platforms we call them "hashtags" and they are generally preceded by "#" .... but, that typically applies to only social media.
Tag is like a label. Something that describes your blog. Example: If you wrote a blog about your first income, then your tags would be: income, success, first income ... etc.
A WA blog post? They're like keywords for your blog so people searching can be lead to your post if they enter that tag into the search bar for example.
Hope that helps and hope I'm on the right track!
I believe you need a minimum of 3 for each blog, Genie. Just start typing in the box and a drop-down menu will appear...
Tags can me anything that is relevant to WA blogging and your post.
For example, if you are writing a blog on Google ranking, you could type in anything from "Ranking on Google" to "Search Engine Optimization" to "Online Success"... the list goes on.
If I'm writing three paragraphs, for instance, I might add a different tag that's relevant to each... just for a bit of diversity. Blogs are also classed according to the topics you choose for each tag.
Hope this helps!

To clear the clutter that comes with a new WordPress installation:
Go to Pages > All Pages and delete the Sample Page.
Go to Posts > All Posts and delete "Hello World"
Go to Comments and delete the sample comment.
And keep breathing. You can do this.
You may have purchase the domain with the correct spelling. You could check with support but I don't know that they can do anything about it.
Laura
Okay, I did correct the spelling and the link worked. I'm still having issues with making changes to the site though. There is a page that says "Hello World" and all the stuff that goes with that. I have never been able to delete that.
Go to appearance-customize in your dashboard. You should be able to delete the Hello World.
Laura
Your menu is showing at the bottom of your site instead of the top. Was that deliberate?
Laura
No, that did not work. It would not allow me to change or delete it. Is it because it has been "published"? is everything stuck and static at this point? If so, Is it possible to un-published it long enough to make the changes?
You can delete the post. You can also go into quick edit and change the status from published to draft.

Looks like when you built the website you had it mis-spelled. Is this your actual website. http://sucessfulrelationshipsunlimited.com/
Successful only has one c not two.
The domain name successfulrelationshipsunlimited.com is still available you can buy it. There is nothing much you can do except to move your website to the new domain name after you have bought it.
I think you'll need to purchase the domain with the correct spelling if you want to have it that way,
Apparently my spelling was corrected and I actually purchased the correct spelling. So now my link works. I have other issues but that one is resolved. Thank you.
It appears you have a problem with your DNS, did you purchase your domain through Wordpress.com or .org????
