You should send either Kyle or Carson a private message to see if you qualify for a refund.
When contacting either of them, make sure you select an option that offers you a clearly labeled form that states "Contact Kyle or Carson", so that your message will go directly to the one you are trying to reach... else you will be posting your communication in another classroom.

How do I log into my premium account? I signed in to the beginner account and now have two accounts.
You should only have one.
When you first signed up to WA you were a free member with a free account.
When you upgraded to Premium that free account turned into your Premium account.
I don't understand why you should have a free one and a premium in fact its the first time I have heard someone say they have two when there is only one account.
I suggest you contact Support and ask them to sort it out.

I placed several links to WA in a blog that I was working on. I tested one of them that took me to the WA email and username site. I signed up there and it took me to the usual 7-day free trial site. I logged out and when I tried to log back into my prepaid Premium site it keeps taking me to my new site with no old site to be found.
I have tried over the last two days to contact support but no answer back yet.

Your mistake then
You should not have filled in one of those WA sign up forms when you were already a member.
Wordpress will also have updated your old site content to the new ones content.
I suggest you keep trying to contact Site Support because they could still have a copy of your old site.
If not then you have probably lost it forever.

Your browser is most likely remembering your new persona and not your original account. You'll need to logout as GeneParker and then login again using your original email address and password.
If you get completely stuck then go to wealthyaffiliate.com/support and lodge a support ticket there.
I suggest you contact Kyle and/or Carson. Go to the envelope at the top right and send a message form there. Type in Kyle and click on his profile pic. I've added an image here to show you what the window will look like.
