Are these payments for premium referrals or for Affiliate credits for referrals who have completed their profile page?
"Affiliate credits are available to use or cash out when a minimum of 40 credits have been earned, and a 5% Starter to Premium upgrade percentage is maintained."
Payments for premium referrals are automatic on the 1st of each month. Go to https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share/stats and make sure that your PayPal email address is listed correctly. If it's OK then send a private message to Carson.
