How do I put a link on my website that will allow a person to download a free ebook?
To add to what @Rich said below, I have already done this on my website but I'm looking for a better layout of the page. What I did was to simply add images to the content and then link the images to a PDF that I've already uploaded as media. Here is the page if you'd like to take a look (please note: work in progress) but feel free to comment:

Yup, as I suggested in chat, put the books in columns using UtMCE, as in this example of the WA small banner, four columns http://utmce.siterubix.com/columns Dom has created training on UtMCE here, https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/ultimate-tinymce-plugin-the-ultimate-training Rich.
The simplest method is to save the ebook as a PDF, most applications let you do this by using "Save As" instead of "Save" or by using "Print" and "Print as PDF". Then upload the PDF to your Media tab in WordPress. Then just embed the PDF on a page or post as you would as if you were adding any picture, ie. Add Media above the editor toolbar. :) Rich.

I have the same question, but I want to grow my list (Im planning to start using Easy Sign Up widget on WP) but once I receive the email how I send them the free gift in an automatic way? how do I do that on my site?
