Yes, you can. You can go to the /wp-admin page and just enter the un admin and whatever your pw is (you can see it in your site manager)
BUT!!
I would not give someone else access to that.
You can go into your wordpress site and create a new user. Then give them limited access to whatever you want.
Finally you can provide them their password (after you create the user) by going back to your site manager and copying the new assigned password (that new user will show up there).
