I can tell you, when I've been sitting at my computer for long periods, all ergonomic considerations are "out the door!" I know what you're thinking, not good practice! And you're right! But for the most part this is how I feel:

My message for today is:

1. Evaluate your work space for ergonomic considerations
2. Check your posture regularly
3. Take regular breaks (I'm working on this one)

I'm pretty certain if I learn to take my own advice, I'll become a much happier and faster writer.
