love it , I do a chakra meditation each day , cleanse your aura , and the light can come through .
I've been meaning to try meditation but haven't got around to it. Will have to do a bit of local research. Thanks for the tip Sylvia :-)
Daily meditation is a good way of getting away from it all. When you can't take the time to physically leave, or take a vacation, a 20 minute "mini-vacation" each day helps relieve stress in the long term as well.
That's good advice. I have found that sometimes you have to take a break from your work. Your brain is still working away but you're letting go. I did this the other day. I went out and interviewed a couple people in my mind niche and got all kinds of ideas. I sat down the next morning and the ideas really flowed.
