The programs will help to reduce or remove background noise like the sound of the fan, air-conditioner, etc.You may also superimpose with music. But the hissing microphone may be a tough nut to crack.
The good news is that it has an easy solution.
A simple tweak to your computer microphone settings will solve the majority of the cases. I have explained it in my last video training, 58 seconds in all!

Another program I personally would recommend that you may want to look into is Reaper. It is a very professional program, and is a non-destructive software, meaning that any edits you do to audio are additive, not subtractive (fx can be removed at any time from the track). It comes with free plugins, like dynamics processors, multiband compressors, etc.
The only issue is that when you download it, it's technically a free trial. However, it is a free trial in a sense that WinRar is a free trial, so basically you get an infinite free trial, and still have access to all features of the program.
Great article. +1 from me!
Also in addition to this, Reaper has a Noise Gate plugin included which, when set correctly will eliminate the noise in the background when you are not talking!
+1 for reaper and your article, Guatam.
I missed your video somehow, I will look it up to see if this tool fits my Cool Amazing Free Website Tools list:)
