Hello and good day , iv been stuck on creating 10 topics on each theme i have . basically i don't understand about these topics. They need to be as POST or i can write them down
Not stupid at all. Those will be the page titles of your main menu, along with the privacy policy and about me page. That will give you 5 menu pages. Build out those pages with content and that will be the framework of your site. Posts will come later and be more specific such as a post on "How to write quality content for articles" or "3 SEO Tips", etc...
Thanks Tracy47 , am the thing is that i already have 5 themes and these are . Getting started, About me,Successful Business Online, Ways to Make Money, Website Building. And today i wanted to work on my Successful Business Online page , and Kyle suggested to have 10 topics on this page , and one of these topics i choose is KeyWord research for example . do i write it down with the content of page (that wount change) or do i make it as a POST!? that is the thing i dont understand :/
If you already have the framework for your site built out then yes, you could use that as a post. Make sure you do some research to target a specific keyword.

1. How The Web Works
2. How To Make The Money
3. Choose A Business That Suits You

Sorry I'm not understanding your question, do you mean 3 niches? If so all 3 appear good articles for one niche.
I am not quite sure if these are themes, but as a niche I would try:
"Working with the Web to make money-In a business that suits you".
