The same people who read your blog posts should get notified about your training. Not much point in preaching to the choir.

What I meant was is it ok for me to promote one of my own tutorials in a welcome message to new members? I know that this is a sensitive subject here at WA.
I am just trying to get a better idea of what is frowned upon here. I would in no way be promoting my website.

I can't see any reason why you shouldn't use the fact that you create some of the training here when you're welcoming a new referral. I can't remember if I've actually done that or if it's in a draft I've written. Anyway I think it's a good idea.

Yes Kyle's suggestion seems to be working. I am still figuring out a few details but I have set up tracking for all my affiliate links now.
I also discovered the link tracking feature under the tools section here at WA called My-LInker. That also looks interesting: http://www.my-linker.com/home

You would have to set-up specific tracking links. You can do that within the links and tracking page here at WA, it will vary from company to company (as to how you track them, most affiliate programs offer very limited tracking).
If you want to set-up affiliate tracking with your links here, you can do it within the Links and Tracking page (you can find this under the airplane icon).

With that being said, no phone numbers!!, here is what I'm going to do:: I will send them an email asking them to call my 800 number (only $10/mo) to start a dialogue on the phone asking for their number and offering your help anytime. Since it's a recorded call, you can answer it anytime. If they leave you with a mobile number, you certainly can text them, and be "Johnny-on-the-spot". This will help you to decide if you want to develop a closer relationship with this client. Watch out for time Vampires!! Good luck.

You got it wrong. You'll have 25 free siterubix websites as a premium and not 50. As for own domain, it’s 25 as well.

there is a screenshot utility called snipping tool. It comes with Windows Vista and later and is very easy to use.
Camtasia is hands down the best. Just don't have too many windows open or else it will slow down the screen record :)
