Georgia, the Savannah Cat - Niche?
I've been thinking about my niche, and one that keeps coming back to me is my cat Georgia. She is a pure bred, 5th generation (F5SBT) Savannah cat. I grew up in Savannah, GA, so I couldn't resist having a Savannah cat named Georgia.
I had her brother, Bob, first, but he passed away in the first year. I waited a few months, then got a rescue cat, Ziggy, as a companion for Georgia. Thankfully, they get along really well.
I've had Georgia for 5 years. She never leaves my side, and loves to go outside for walks. I know of certain breeders, and cat shows, but there are also laws regarding ownership of these beautiful animals that vary from state-to-state, and countries.
I have a nice library of photos, videos, and stories that I would love to share, and it would be nice to add affiliate marketing somewhere along the way. I'm also in touch with the owners of Georgia and Bob's litter mates.
Are there other members with successful animal sites here? I would be very interested in learning more.

Beautiful. It's not my niche, but I love cats and have 3 at home. I think you will do great if you will choose it as a niche. There are many animal lovers out there and its your passion.
I have always loved the Savannah breed. So elegant and can jump practically over the moon. A very unique breed indeed! You could devote your whole website to this breed and do related product reviews and affiliate programs from products you recommend. The possiblities are endless. Thanks Vanessa. I've had Georgia for 5 years, so I have a lot of pictures, videos, and stories to share. I also had her brother, but he died in his first year unexpectedly. A few months later, I got a rescue cat and they both get along very well. The shelter told me that Ziggy didn't like other cats, but when he saw Georgia, he couldn't believe it. I get them in Boston/Worcester, but now I live in NJ. Savannah's are unique, and Georgia loves to go outside, walk on a leash, etc. She's very interactive, and she'll mimic what I say.
Beautiful cat. Yes there are many niches out there with cats or dogs and doing very well as you can get affiliates with cat items too.
