Another weekend gone, a new week ahead
How does one prepare for a new week, when it comes to business, especially an online business.
I normally scribble down some things I would like to accomplish in that week, methodically listing my short term, immediate goals, then get down to it, ticking items off my list as it is completed.
But what to do when one hits an obstable, like when software goes awery or we loose internet connectivity, maybe some family emergency arises, how do we priorotise, what do we do to stay or get back on schedule, as we all know time cannot be recalled.
We also get disorientated and loose complete focus on what to priorotise next. I have a few solutions as it pertains to my situations, but I am more interested to know how you guys handle these unexpected eventualities, do you revert back to your orignal list and try to recoup, or do you set a new set of goals.
I would like to hear from you, in how you cope with these evntualities, maybe your methods can help so many WA members out there when we loose our timing.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have sort of a similar issue due to some medical challenges. I can't do now what I used to. Everyday I pick a goal and work through as much as I can. I try not to stress myself.
But everyone's situation is different and requires a different approach.
We are all faced with some challenges that upset our routine from time to time. That's life.
Cheers
Hi Monica, we can only do the best we can with our various situations, but I wish you all the best.
I am going through this right now. Stuck on how to make it up. Trying to break it into smaller pieces which usually helps but this time I must not be break it into small enough pieces. Having a difficult time. Medical issues blocking me.

My main goal each week is 3 quality post per week. This week I am concentrating on product reviews. After that I work social media and cleaning up existing post. This week I want to create a training video.
All of this in support of my goal to get more traffic!
When something disrupts me while I am working I just pick up where I left off. Because that way I can get to the things that need to be done that day and start fresh the next day. I hope this helps you out.
It is always the simple solution works the best because when we overthink the process that is when it gets complicated.
Hi Gary,
I think the simple answer to your question is that if you have completed some tasks due to various reasons, then these tasks still need completing so just pick up where you left off. However, if some other jobs need completing in the meantime, re-scheduling and re-prioritising will be required.
