Which is better: WA World or watching TV?

I enjoyed reading Kyle's latest Blog, Our Innovative Approach to Hosting. It's good to be informed about these things otherwise we would never know and never be thankful. It's one of the many things that make WA a big, mostly happy family. People genuinely seem to be happy in this space. Many would rather be here than watching TV, I'd put money on it). Beginners, just make sure you go from dreamland to reality, by continuously moving forward, though often blindly. Step out of your comfort zone, be prepared to trip over.

Right from the beginning, I sensed a lot going on behind the scenes.

WA has a fantastic array of useful features. The WA blog feature, for example, allows one to practice and see what grabs people's interest. Both the ones personally written, and everybody else's, and many more things like that. A lot of thought and development has been crammed, and continues to be crammed, I imagine, into this platform for the benefit of members.

Not long ago, I purchased a domain, God knows why, with another host, It cost more than twice as much as at WA, and it took more than 24hrs before it was ready to use. I have no idea what I had in mind, I've forgotten - that was 2 weeks ago. The experience certainly served as a good comparison. A rather desolate space, like an abandoned building site. Not so at WA.

I never knew there were so many hosts in the same field of operation. It was just dumb luck and Edwardbe that landed me here.
Edwardbe had written an article that had been picked up by the NSW state gov., in Australia, and was listed as important extra reading for a Certificate III business course. How bout that?

I started reading the article and halfway through clicked on a link, little did I know where I was headed. "WA surprise!" After that, I lost interest in the business course.

Anyway, it's good to hear about the faceless people in the back room.

After the media in Australia started talking about the " faceless men" In the Labour Party: The "nose" is the wonderful Prime Minster Julia Gillard, who got a little angry with men for a while. ( I liked her, ex lawyer from Wales).

The only tv I watch are news for the day for a half hour. Then I switch to youtube to build up on any knowledge-based topic. Will you believe that youtube has got from high tech to basics tech content?

I have started to watch basic computer programming. Currently learning how to make 'ancient concrete' by burning rocks. Hydrogen production is also shown. There is a ton of info.

WA is centered on internet affiliate marketing. And the focus is a must. Great post Garry!

I always tell people if someone came in and stole my TV, no big deal. If they even lay a finger on my one of my computers, they're dead!!! I don't know about you, but there is nothing but garbage on our TVs. There's a reason that it is called the "boob tube".

I bought a TV after the old one broke but I wasted my money. I've never watched it. I used to like TV back in the 80s, in Australia, now it's unwatchable.

TV? What is that? You mean people have time for TV...I must be doing something wrong!! ;
