Keyword tools generally aren't very accurate when it comes to traffic. Some people have written posts that a tool has said brings in very little traffic but it brings in 1,000's per month.
The keyword tool is only a guide, Google will give you the full picture.

Yes it tends to be a black art.
My original title was all screwed up. So I changed it and republished.
I have much more faith in what it is now.
I just got a happy surprise when no other websites were using that exact keyword.
