Intro to link. Done and dusted. Finally! Amazon were a pain in the neck, so I won't be dealing with them anymore. (hard copy tax forms? for an Australian who only set foot in the US breifly in 1986)
After dealing with Amazon, eBay was a breeze of fresh air. (did I just mix 2 metaphors?)
