Whoa - 80,000+ words and counting
Yipee!
I just went over 80,000 words on SiteContent today which I'm really excitied about. I have 63 published articles with another 79 that are stored in my unpublished section of SiteContent, along with the keywords that inspired them. I'm pretty pleased with that in the last 5 months, averaging 16,174 words per month.
I find that SiteContent is a great notebook for ideas and I have plenty of things stored there waiting for the time for me to flesh them out into full-blown articles.
What my stats also show is that my average article length is 1283 with some articles such as Privacy Policy documents being much shorter and some articles have come out over 3,000 words.
My aim is to get to 100,000 words by the end of March 2018 and with the SWAG challenge, I'm hoping to achieve this over my two main sites.
Wish me luck!
Have a great and productive day, everyone.
All the best.
Gail
Final word:
I'm very grateful to have the luxury of word processing prgrams nowadays too. Otherwise my BLOG would easily become the LONG SLOG! Not to mention how my consumption of tippex would go up!

Wow, that's amazing and 100,000 words is an excellent goal which are well on your way to achieving! I have a long ways to go to get to that point, but I am well on my way as I'm using SiteContent all the time for my posts now and I'm getting closer to 20,000 words.
Thanks Mia. Although that reminds me of THAT SONG which my daughters are singing constantly round the house at the moment, 24/7 it seems....And not just in the house, but in the car, in the street, in the supermaket too. .Argh!!!! It's testing even MY patience, and that's saying something!! Haha.
Hope you have a great day and thanks for your support. Gail
Haha thank you. You'll never do it because you don't have 1000 monkeys in the back yard with typewriters like me, do you?
You had a head start.
48,773 words written & 75 articles published since January 2nd, 2018.
That's brilliant Rick, Well done. I told you those monkeys make all the difference. I think I'd better go out and find a few orangutans too just to keep ahead of the game!
