My first ever YouTube video - SO excited
I'm on a bit of a high today in direct contrast to my last post!
The reason is, I've just fulfilled one of my goals for this month and created a YouTube video for my niche site using Lumen5. I'm not sure I've uploaded it in the best way possible as yet, but I'll figure that out eventually as I've uploaded it to my Facebook page and I didn't have YouTube account so it uploaded under my FB profile at the moment.
However, it was easy to do following Karen's great training on using Lumen 5 and I have made videos before as part of my job, but I managed to do this all tonight using one of my niche site posts as the basis. And that's even with me being a perfectionist and having to tweak as much as I possibly could :)
There are some obvious restrictions using Lumen 5 on the free version in that you are limited in what you can do overall, but I managed to create a video that I'm really quite proud of.

Thank you. The images are available through Lumen 5 but I had to search for a few and uploaded a few from Pixabay too because I wanted some specific ones.
Otherwise, it was a pretty painless experience.
That video is amazing! Checked out your website and really like it too. I'd like to follow you on Facebook but your site doesn't appear to have any links to your social media accounts. It's probably a good idea to put them up, and when you do I'll definitely follow you. :)

Thank you Brad for your kind comments and I'm so pleased you liked it. I was pleased with the music too for lots of reasons. Good that you're looking into Lumen 5. I have used other video editors which have a lot more functionality, but for speed and ease of editing, it's great.
