Advice on getting started at Wealthy Affiliate (or anything else for that matter)
If you say you are going to do something today, then DO IT!
Don't believe your own excuses when they raise their ugly head to remind you why you couldn't do it, because there will always be a million 'reasons' to procrastinate and avoid things.
- I don't have time
- It's too difficult
- I have to do a million other things first
- I'm waiting for the right moment
- I need things to be perfect first
- I've only got one pair of hands
What you need to focus on instead, is the ONE REASON you said you wanted to do it in the first place, because that will give you your motivation to get started and succeed.
So whether it's going premium, writing a new post, asking a question or listening to some timely advice, find a way and get it done.
Remember the words of some of the great spiritual teachers of our time......
"Just do it"

(Well, there's no requirement to where long robes and sandals to be a great spiritual teacher ...........the answers are everywhere in the universe if we could only see!)

I can relate Gail. Procrastination and the fear of failure are very powerful. I intend to step beyond that this time. Been with WA quite awhile, so I know I'm in the right place.

I loved the Star Wars reference one of my favorite movie franchises. Other than yoda r2-d2 is hilarious despite not being able to understand him. I liked the post really motivational plus yoda does speak the truth.

You are welcome actually I am doing good here learn things without actually watching one of the video courses. The original star wars a new hope came put 11 uears before, I was born I am 29 now. My mom and older brother got me ans my younger brother as kids into the movies. The original three are my favorites, the prequels were cool but not the best like the first three. I liked the force awakens I haven't seen the last Jedi yet though but want to see it.

Mine too. I love listening to him talk. Yoda rules; every time he talks and finishes his sentence I respond "I want to be like you, I want to be you". Yoda is Awesome!
