hello there,
I have just received an email about my domain name... it says i need to register my domain name. Can anyone help me how can i register my domain name?
If you already paid for your domain registration that should do the trick. If you received an email saying you need to register that domain, than there's something wrong.
Did you get that email from the registrar company you paid for registering it, or from somewhere else?
If you could share the email with us, we might be able to give more detailed answer.
hi thanks for the help here is the screenshots of the email that i completed the registration, verified my domain name, and the email saying that i still need to register my domain name.
You have to purchase it through a registrar.
You can do it through WA.
Click on SiteRubix, on the left.
I actually already paid for that domain name. That is why i'm wondering why it send me email about registering. Do i have to pay again?

Yes, they show you registered. The screenshot doesn't show you need to do it again. It mentioned you needed to BUT then, you did. What's the issue now?
Meaning i will just ignore the email that i received that i need to register my domain name right? because it is already registered.

What you've received is a scam email that's frequently sent to new domain registrants. Ignore it completely.
Did you register the name through WA? Was this email sent to the contact email for the registration?
I'm also thinking its a scam mail. Because its on my spam mail. Anyway thanks for your help guys. I feel comfortable now.

That's a scam email asking you to register your domain, when you buy a domain thorugh a domain registrar it's already registered. Ignore this scam email and move on.
